I can’t recommend Surge Sauna and Cold Plunge enough. It has quickly become one of my favorite places to be. Surge has a welcoming environment with a great community of members. The owner Cody is awesome. He’s very knowledgeable and helped me create a routine that aligns with my goals. I highly recommend you check out all that Surge has to offer.

Had such a great experience at Surge! The vibe is super relaxing—I honestly could have stayed there all day. The sauna was amazing, and the cold plunge was the perfect mix of refreshing and intense. Left feeling totally recharged. Definitely recommend checking it out!

This is the coolest full package wellness experience in Chester County. Literally everything you need in one room- cold plunge, 2 types of saunas, red light therapy and grounding mats. Such an amazing place. The owner, Cody, is awesome too- you can tell he’s super passionate about this industry and really knows his stuff. Definitely check this place out!
